OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Lux Lash and Hair. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lux Lash and Hair. Lux Lash and Hair offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, and/or customers.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING POLICY AND ORDER PROCESSING

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note the following:

WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES
We ship our packages via UPS.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

Shipping/Processing for Ready to Ship items
Orders will be processed within 24 hours M-F.

Once processed, please allow  2-7 business days for shipments within the U.S, depending on shipping method.

Once orders have been successfully submitted, NO CANCELLATION / MODIFICATIONS / ADJUSTMENTS will be accepted, and we will process/ship in compliance with our Processing and Shipping Policy. Any request to have an order cancelled, modified, adjusted, relocated for shipping, modifications of payment method, inclusion of shipping insurance/opting out of shipping insurance, or any variation of a modification/adjustment/cancellation will be denied and orders will be processed and shipped according to our policy as well as the order sheet we receive.

Shipping/Processing for  Pre-Order items
Pre-orders are advance payments made on items that are not yet available.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for pre-orders processing.

Once processed, shipping time is 2-7 days for shipments within the U.S, depending on shipping method.

Once orders have been successfully submitted, NO CANCELLATION / MODIFICATIONS / ADJUSTMENTS will be accepted, and we will process/ship in compliance with our Processing and Shipping Policy.

Please make sure your address is correct before you checkout. 
*We do not ship to P.O boxes. Your order will be refunded if you enter a P.O box as your address.

Please consider getting shipping protection at checkout, as Lux Lash and Hair is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier is in possession of it. You will NOT receive a refund for lost/stolen packages nor will your order be replaced. 
*Lost or stolen packages must be reported to the shipping carrier for support. PLEASE VERIFY ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT.

SECTION 2 - RETURN / REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES... NO EXCEPTIONS.
At Lux Lash and Hair, we are committed to exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best hair. We cannot accept any merchandise back due to the nature of the products sold and its usage. Any order that is sent back without authorization will be to the responsibility of the buyer to purchase additional postage to have order reshipped. WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.

Please be sure to ask any questions before ordering to ensure you feel confident when ordering due to this policy.

 While returns are not possible, we’re happy to offer styling tips, maintenance advice, or any other help you might need.


If you have any issues, please contact us at luxlashandhair@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description.

Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products and/or wigs that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.

Once orders have been successfully submitted, NO CANCELLATION / MODIFICATIONS / ADJUSTMENTS will be accepted,and we will process/ship in compliance with our Processing and Shipping Policy. Any request to have an order cancelled, modified, adjusted, relocated for shipping, modifications of payment method, inclusion of shipping insurance/opting out of shipping insurance, or any variation of a modification/adjustment/cancellation will be denied and orders will be processed and shipped according to our policy as well as the order sheet we receive.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATION OF THE PRICES

Prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any of our products at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS

Products are available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return/Exchange and Shipping Policies.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited. 
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
