Shipping policy


We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note the following:

WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES

We ship our packages via UPS.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

Shipping/Processing for Ready to Ship items

Please allow 5–7 Business days for order processing ✦ Shipping time begins after processing.

 Once processed, please allow 1-5 business days for shipments within the U.S, depending on shipping method.

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS PLACED DURING OUR MAJOR PROMOTIONS OR SALES EVENTS (SUCH AS LABOR DAY, BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, etc..) MAY REQUIRE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS* BEFORE SHIPPING.

Once orders have been successfully submitted, NO CANCELLATION / MODIFICATIONS / ADJUSTMENTS will be accepted, and we will process/ship in compliance with our Processing and Shipping Policy. Any request to have an order cancelled, modified, adjusted, relocated for shipping, modifications of payment method, inclusion of shipping insurance/opting out of shipping insurance, or any variation of a modification/adjustment/cancellation will be denied and orders will be processed and shipped according to our policy as well as the order sheet we receive.

*Please be sure to ask any questions you may have before ordering to ensure you feel confident when ordering due to our Return/Refund/Exchange Policies! 

Shipping/Processing for  Pre-Order items

Pre-orders are advance payments made on items that are not yet available.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for pre-orders processing.

Once processed, shipping time is 1-5 days for shipments within the U.S, depending on shipping method.

Once orders have been successfully submitted, NO CANCELLATION / MODIFICATIONS / ADJUSTMENTS will be accepted, and we will process/ship in compliance with our Processing and Shipping Policy.

Please make sure your address is correct before you checkout. 
*We do not ship to P.O boxes. Your order will be refunded if you enter a P.O box as your address.

Please consider getting shipping protection at checkout, as Lux Lash and Hair is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier is in possession of it. You will NOT receive a refund for lost/stolen packages nor will your order be replaced. 
*Lost or stolen packages must be reported to the shipping carrier for support. PLEASE VERIFY ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT.
Undeliverable/Lost/Return to Sender Packages
If for any reasons your package is returned to Lux Lash and Hair, we will:
  • Deduct initial shipping fee
  • Deduct return shipping fee charged to us by the shipping company plus 15% restocking fee
  • Refund the remaining amount
Your package will be returned, and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information if:
Shipping address does not exist
Shipping address is misspelled by the customer
Shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
Carrier is unable to deliver the package after at least one attempt
Addressee did not timely pick up the package after if was being held for pick up
Addressee has moved
Addressee has refused the package
Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued refund minus the initial shipping charge, the shipping fees charged by the shipping company for returning the package, and a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping Protection costs are non-refundable.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

Lux Lash and Hair does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. All returned shipments will incur applicable fees.
