How many bundles do I need?

The number of bundles needed depends on the lengths purchased and your volume preference. Remember, the longer the hair, the thinner they are.

For a full head, we recommend:

18” to 24”-3 bundles | 26” to 30”-4 bundles | 32” to 36"-5 bundles | 38" to 40"-6 bundles.

How long will the hair last?

With proper care, your hair can last 3-5 years .

Please refer to our "hair care + installation tips". By following our guidelines, you’ll enjoy beautiful, long-lasting extensions that maintain their quality and enhance your natural look.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

Ready to ship orders will be processed within 24 hours. Once processed, delivery should be within 1-5 business days depending on shipping method.

Pre-orders will be processed in 7-10 business days. Once processed shipping time is 1-5 business days within the U.S.

*Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at luxlashandhair@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting us, in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

Because we start processing orders right away, we can not cancel any order. Please verify address before submitting your payment.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with your payment, your address or with our stock.

If you enter a P.O Box as your address, we will cancel your order. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem on our end.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of our products, No refunds. No Exchanges.

If you have any issues, please contact us at luxlashandhair@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

You can also go directly to the main page of our website and enter your email and phone number in "track your order".

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the items you’ve ordered and the shipping method selected.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by Sezzle, ShopPay and PayPal. If you decide to use these payments methods, you’ll be taken to either the Sezzle, ShopPay or PayPal page, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

What countries do you ship to?

We are currently only shipping within the United States.
