How many bundles do I need?
Number of Bundles needed for a full head: 14”-20”- 2 to 3 bundles | 20”-26”- 4 bundles | 28” and above 5 bundles.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by Sezzle, Klarna, ShopPay, PayPal, AmazonPay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you decide to use either of these three methods, you’ll be taken to either the Sezzle, Klarna, ShopPay, PayPal, AmazonPay, Apple pay or Google Pay pages, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
You can also go directly to the main page of our website and enter your email and phone number in "track your order"
How do I cancel my order?
Because we start processing orders right away, we can not cancel any order. Please verify address before submitting your payment.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS for all Lashes and Accessories orders TO BE PROCESSED. All Wigs, Closures and Bundles orders will be PROCESSED WITHIN 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS. Custom and Colored Hair can take up to 14 DAYS TO PROCESS.
ONCE PROCESSED, orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within 3 to 7, depending on the shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days.

What countries do you ship to?
We are currently only shipping to the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the shipping method.
How long can this hair last?
With good care, hair can last 2+ years. You should take care of the hair as if it was your own natural hair.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of our products, No refunds. No Exchanges. No exceptions.
In case of an error on our part, please notify us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER , AND DO NOT USE THE HAIR. We will replace the item or offer you a store credit. Any alterations to the hair will void your exchange/return. Do not wash, Do not comb or Do not cut the lace.
Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products and/or wigs that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the packaging and used in any visible manner, or if the product has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange/store credit policies are voided.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we do have digital gift cards. These are issued electronically by email and each contain a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift card instead for the value of $10, $25, $50, $75, $100, $250 or $500.
